March 25, 2026 — CDC released preliminary 2025 TB data on World TB Day, March 24, announced in a Dear Colleague letter. The provisional data report provides an early analysis of cases of TB disease reported to the CDC during 2025 as compared with previous years. The annual surveillance report is typically released later in the fall. This report reflects data reported to the National Tuberculosis Surveillance System as of February 12, 2026.
