This annual webinar is held in honor of Dr. Thomas Garvey’s commitment to his patients as a primary care provider and champion for TB elimination as a longtime member of the Massachusetts Advisory Committee for the Elimination of TB (MACET). The webinar will provide an overview of TB epidemiology in Massachusetts and address challenges in TB care and research amid declining public health funding. This webinar is open to physicians, nurses, residents, fellows, disease investigators, community health workers, and other public health staff who work in collaboration with TB control and prevention programs.
