Data Flow, Reconciliation, and Quality Assurance for TB Epidemiologists: Session 2 in Training Series for TB Epidemiologists

Session 2 provides an overview of TB surveillance data flows, data types, timelines, and quality assurance to illustrate the various methods by which TB data is collected, processed, and sent to the CDC. Approaches to common challenges will be discussed by select jurisdictionsThe training will be hosted via Zoom and include lectures, discussion, and Q&A. The Training Series for TB Epidemiologists is jointly provided by the Curry International Tuberculosis Center and Rutgers Global Tuberculosis Institute in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Attending all three sessions is not required; however, it is recommend that new TB epidemiologists attend the first two sessions to get the most benefit from this training for their roles in TB.
